Hearing loop We do not have a hearing induction loop system installed at this office. However, we provide a dedicated quiet room to help minimise background noise and ensure a clear space for communication
If you cannot travel to our office we are happy to visit you at home or meet by video call. There is no difference in the service we provide.

Meetings and communications

We will communicate with you in whatever way works best for you – in person, by telephone, by video, by email or by letter.

If you need documents in a different format – larger print, a different language, or anything else – please ask. We will make reasonable adjustments.

If you need extra time, want to bring someone with you, or need us to explain something more than once, that is not a problem. It is part of how we work.
